I will help you to learn to tune into your own body so that you create a healthy balanced life that is perfect for *you* and that fits in with your life.

What is included?

In this session we will dive deep into how you can take better care of yourself. We will look at what changes can be made and make a plan so you feel taken care of in your motherhood journey.

We will create an action plan for you for after the session so you can start to make yourself and your own needs a priority.

You will receive a write up of our session with all the action points for you to refer back to at any time.

You will have 2 weeks of email or Whatsapp support after the 1:1 Session.
