I’m Beth. I’m a Nutrition and health coach and I am a medical & special needs mama to 3.
I am passionate about helping busy special needs mums to stop feeling overwhelmed and take better care of themselves.
Imagine how amazing life could be if we were taking care of ourselves in the same way that we take care of our kids?
Regardless of your circumstances, being a mum is hard, and when you add in all those extras that come alongside being a special needs mama…well – you don’t need me to tell you just how hard that is!
We are taking care of our kids, trying to keep up with all the demands of our family, our home and get dinner on the table every night (preferably a healthy meal but sometimes it is what it is!) and that is without all the medical appointments, the medication and the therapies.
It would be nice to have some time to yourself, to do things that you enjoy doing rather than putting yourself to the bottom of the todo list all the time.
You’d like to exercise and get a bit healthier but in all honesty, you just don’t have the time, the energy or the willpower.
I’m here to help you to find a balance to it all. To make it all a bit simpler. And to help you create the space to live the life you want to live.
I think the traditional definition of balance is an impossibility that we are all frantically chasing and all of us failing to reach.
BUT It is possible to create your own version of balance.
To feel less stressed out and overwhelmed.
To make your home less overwhelming and calmer.
To make healthy living simple and something that just fits into your life.
To have the space and the energy to become the mum you want to be.
I strongly believe that when we start taking care of ourselves, everything else starts falling into place.
So let’s start there Mamma.
